Air, rail and ground transportation are reserved and paid for by each registered attendee. Hotel reservations are also secured and paid for on their own. A list of local hotels is provided below for your convenience in booking.

How are my travel, hotel and other expenses managed?

All transportation, parking, hotel and incidental meal and other expenses are the responsibility of the attendee. If you are staying at a hotel during the training program, a valid personal credit card is required at the time of check-in for all charges.

What airports and rail stations are close to the Institute?

Newark International Airport (EWR) is the preferred airport. The airport is approximately 18 miles/30 minutes from the FACE Aesthetic Institute.

Other New York/New Jersey airports:

• LaGuardia New York (LGA) is approximately 30 miles/50 minutes from the Institute
• John F. Kennedy International New York (JFK) is approximately 40 miles/60 minutes from the Institute

Rail service is available with Amtrak into Newark-Penn Station, Newark, NJ with Uber/Lyft service or NJ Transit to Morristown. Newark-Penn Station is approximately 25 miles/35 minutes from the Institute.

Public pay parking is available on the street near the FACE Aesthetic Institute and directly across the street in the parking garage at the Hyatt Regency Morristown hotel. Pay parking is available for non-hotel guests at the Hyatt Regency parking garage.

Attendees are expected to dress in business casual attire or scrubs for all in-person training sessions.

Morristown has a rich historic area and is nestled in Morris County, New Jersey, the county seat. It is known for Morristown National Historical Park, with important Revolutionary War sites like Fort Nonsense and the New Jersey Brigade Area. Washington’s Headquarters Museum at the Ford Mansion preserves the 18th-century home occupied by Washington and his aides in the winter of 1779–1780. Jockey Hollow features an 18th-century farmhouse and reconstructed soldiers’ huts.
