Ellen Lancaster, MSN, CRNP

Ellen Lancaster, MSN, CRNP is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in Maryland, Delaware, and California. A highly sought-after Certified Trainer for aesthetic injectable procedures, she collaborates with multiple organizations to educate and empower healthcare professionals entering the field.

In addition to her role as an educator, Ellen maintains a thriving clinical practice, offering aesthetic and wellness treatments across two practice locations. In her clinical practice, Ellen specializes in injectables, skin rejuvenation, PDO threads, medical weight loss, and hormone therapies. She believes in a comprehensive, patient-centered approach that helps individuals achieve both their aesthetic goals and overall wellbeing.

Since 2021, she has been an active member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN), regularly attending conferences to stay at the forefront of aesthetic medicine. Passionate about elevating education standards in aesthetics, she is dedicated to ensuring new and experienced injectors receive the highest level of training and mentorship. Her passion for education stems from her own challenges entering aesthetic medicine. Struggling to find quality training early on, Ellen sought out the best educators and experiences – now, she is committed to paying it forward. Her mission is to make high-quality, evidence-based aesthetic education more accessible, ensuring that providers can deliver safe, ethical, and skillful treatments.

Ellen’s journey in medicine began at Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, where she graduated in 2013. Her diverse clinical background includes critical care, urgent care, dermatology, aesthetics, medically-guided weight loss, and hormone therapy. This extensive experience allows her to approach patient care with a holistic, safety-first mindset, ensuring optimal outcomes for both her patients and the providers she trains. Ellen credits her years as an ICU nurse for shaping her deep understanding of chronic disease management and patient safety. Her hands-on experience in acute care built a foundation in clinical precision, critical thinking, and procedural expertise – skills she now applies to both injectable training and patient care.

Through her work as a trainer, injector, and advocate for excellence in aesthetic medicine, Ellen is committed to making a lasting impact on the field of aesthetic medicine. Whether guiding injectors or helping patients look and feel their best, her expertise, passion, and dedication set her apart as a leader in the field.
